Salt & Brick has become well known for our monthly paired Winemaker’s (or Proprietor’s) Dinners. These dinners involve 5 food courses created by Chef James Holmes. Chef and the Winery then work together to pair the appropriate wine varietal with the food. Each dinner has its own unique character as we let our featured winery pick the speaker, the wines and the music.
