Our winemaker, Peter Slamka, is known for his remarkably popular white blend “Tapestry” and for producing the only Auxerrois Icewine in Canada. The majority of grapes we use come from our own vineyards situated on the lower slopes of Mount Boucherie near Kelowna, British Columbia.
