Flow & Restore Yoga was developed during the pandemic to help you restore your nervous system every Tuesday evening online via Zoom from the comfort of your home.
Flow & Restore Yoga will help you feel focused, strong, balanced and help you let go of what isn't serving you anymore.
This has been my most popular online series. This class is open to all levels of yoga, but these classes are not appropriate for pregnancy or within the first few months in the postpartum period. Includes class recordings.
