Your first appointment with one of our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will give you the opportunity to communicate your physical goals and unique health situation. Each visit will be customized depending on your treatment goals, health status, training schedule, and massage preferences. Our RMTs are very capable of moderating tension, skilled at deep tissue work, but capable of a gentle therapeutic touch when necessary as well. They also often complement manual therapy techniques with instructions on home care stretches and basic exercise rehab. They are also trained in kinesiology taping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilizations (IASTM), as well as a variety of massage techniques. Whether the appointment is for sports massage, pregnancy support (prenatal massage), or stress relief, the prices are the same based on time.
