The Okanagan Charity Classic auction began May 23rd, 2018 at 8:00 am and closes on May 23, 2019 at 8:00 pm.

The KelownaNow auction began November 1st, 2018 at 9:00 am and closes on November 30th, 2018 at 9:00 pm.

The BrainTrust Canada auction began November 1st, 2018 at 8:00 am and closes on November 30th, 2018 at 8:00 pm.

Auctions that are bid on right before the close time will extend the close time by 3 minutes. This allows bidders the opportunity to get the last word on that coveted item! Unless otherwise stated on the product information page, minimum bid increases are 10% of the last bid.

AuctionNow Rules:

  1. Liability:
    By placing a bid, you are liable to pay the amount of your most recent placed bid if you are the closing bid.

  2. Bidding Process:
    To place a bid, you must register here.  Once registered you can go through the auction and items and place your bids. (Please note above - once your bid is placed, you are liable to pay.) If you are outbid at the deadline, that item will be extended 3 minutes to give you an opportunity to place another bid. This 3 minute extension will continue until someone stops bidding, and/or the time runs out.
    Note: Only the one particular item will extend, the rest of the auction will close at 8pm on November 30.

  3. PST/GST:
    If your item qualifies for tax, you will be liable to pay the additional tax fee.
    Gift cards do not have additional taxes.

  4. Paying for your item(s):
    If you are the closing bidder, you will receive an email from which includes instructions on how to pay for your item or you can visit and pay for your item online. Items will not be available for pickup until the final bid price has been paid in full. Payment options include: Credit Card or Cash (please note we do not accept American Express). To make cash arrangements please contact Applicable taxes (GST & PST) are not included in the purchase price. When paying with cash you will then be directed where to pick up your item(s) from the corresponding charity or organization.

  5. Picking up your item:  Once your item(s) are paid in full, a representative will notify you and arrange pickup of your item(s). Any inquiries can also be made to You may also be put in contact with the product manufacturer to organize pick-up arrangements.  If you require your item(s) to be shipped the cost is solely on the winning bidder and is not included in the winning bid price. All extra shipping & handling is to be paid before the item is shipped.
